Amal Jomaa Life Coach Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by the Client:
1.1. Individual Sessions:
Clients may cancel or reschedule individual coaching sessions by providing a minimum of 24 hours' notice before the scheduled session time. Failure to do so will result in the full session fee being charged.
1.2. Coaching Packages:
For clients who have purchased coaching packages (e.g., multiple sessions at a discounted rate), if they choose to cancel the entire package before completing all sessions, a refund will be provided for the unused sessions, minus an administrative fee of 15%.
1.3. No-Show Policy:
If a client fails to attend a scheduled coaching session without prior notice (no-show), the full session fee will be charged, and the session will not be rescheduled unless mutually agreed upon.
2. Cancellation by the Life Coach:
2.1. Emergency Situations:
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, the life coach may need to reschedule or cancel a session. In such cases, the life coach will make every effort to provide reasonable notice and will offer to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. No additional fees will be charged to the client for rescheduling due to coach-initiated cancellations.
2.2. Termination of Services:
The life coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if, in their professional judgment, continuing the coaching relationship would be detrimental to the client or if the client fails to adhere to the agreed-upon terms and expectations. In such cases, a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions will be provided to the client.
3. Payment for Services:
Clients are responsible for paying all session fees promptly, regardless of whether the session is attended or canceled, as long as the cancellation policy has been followed.
4. Notice of Cancellation:
Cancellation notices should be provided by email or another written form of communication. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that their cancellation notice is received by the life coach.
5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy:
The life coach reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at their discretion, with reasonable notice provided to clients. Clients will be bound by the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking or the most recent update, whichever is more recent.
